Shipping & Delivery

We ship your order worldwide – except Switzerland – via our logistics partners DHL and Hermes.

Shipping Duration:
The regular delivery time is 10–15 business days from order receipt.

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat rate: €4.95

  • Shipping is free for orders over €59.

Shipping Countries:
We deliver worldwide – Switzerland is excluded.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.

Delivery Note:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for shipment tracking.

Note on undelivered shipments:
If a delivery cannot be made and is returned to us for reasons within the customer's responsibility (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, not collected), and you do not wish for a re-delivery in this case, we charge a processing fee of €7.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
