1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of the

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with StingRing GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog display. You make a binding offer when you go through the ordering process and click the "Buy now" button.
The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Ordering process
The ordering process includes the following steps:

Click on "Checkout"

Enter the shipping address

Selection of payment method

Click on "Buy Now" to place a binding order
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs:

Flat rate: €4.95

Shipping is free for orders over €59
-
No shipping to Switzerland; delivery to all other countries worldwide
5. Delivery
The delivery will be made to the address you provided.
The regular delivery time is 10–15 business days from order receipt.
If a product is not available, you will be notified by email.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:

Klarna (Invoice, Instant Transfer, Installment Purchase)

Credit card via Stripe
The invoice amount will be debited immediately upon completion of the order.
No additional fees are charged to the customer.
7. Right of withdrawal & returns
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find the exact information in our cancellation policy.
Return period
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return policy of 90 days. The return shipping costs are borne by you as the buyer.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we cover the full costs of replacement deliveries.
7a. Flat return shipping fee for undeliverable shipments
If a delivery cannot be made because the customer
-
the assumption refused,
-
has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
-
does not accept the package within the storage period at a pickup station, a parcel shop, or a designated drop-off location
-
and in these cases prefers a refund instead of a replacement delivery,
we reserve the right to withhold a flat return shipping and processing fee of €7.50 from the refund amount.
This does not apply if the non-delivery is due to the fault of the shipping service provider or StingRing GmbH.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
10. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
